Life coaching is a well rounded service that incorporates holistic approaches, accountability, and goal setting. Nutritional, wellness, and executive functioning coaching offered.

Those working towards graduation on an LMHC track needing a 3rd party supervisor with 3+ years post licensure; I have been licensed for 5+ years. Those working towards LMHC licensure after graduation in need of supervision or those in need of case consultation.

Wholistic Healing & Therapy was created with the vision to provide clients access to affordable, convenient, and personable services. Treatment is a collaboration between the client(s) and provider to create lasting change for a bright and healthy future.
Holistic coaching or counseling services, we will work together to find the best fit for you. These are similar services with a few key differences.
Now accepting most major insurances including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Point 32 (formerly Tufts and Harvard Pilgrim), and Cigna. Payment plans are also available for coaching and private pay clients.
