Meet the Clinician:
Samantha Teperow-Pilch
I have been working in the mental health field since 2009 and have experience in a variety of therapeutic settings including domestic violence programs, group home and residential programs, community based acute treatment (CBAT) placement programs, partial hospitalization programs (PHP), running group therapy programs, crisis intervention programs, in home therapy (IHT) programs, supervisory roles, and outpatient clinic programs. I then opened Wholistic Healing & Therapy in October 2022.
I have my Bachelors of Science from Lesley University in Art Therapy, Masters of Education from Cambridge College in mental counseling with a concentration in trauma, and a Masters of Science from American College of Healthcare Sciences in complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) with a concentration in holistic nutrition, mind-body movement, aromatherapy, and herbal remedies. I have my LMHC since 2019, and MCCS as of 2023.
I work collaboratively with clients, and/or their parents, to find the best treatment approach to create lasting change. I specialize in working with those wanting to challenge and overcome their anxiety, past trauma(s), and transitions. I have training in DBT, TF-CBT, CAM, and clinical supervision. I always continue to learn and add certifications.
